Obliques are the muscles on each side of your torso. Oblique crunches are good for targeting the love handles and developing a strong torso. They work mainly the oblique and the upper abs. This is because you of the spinal flexion and rotation. They also work your side obliques. You do not have to go to the gym to perform these exercises. Train your abnominals every other day to give yourself enough recuperation time.
How to work out Obliques
